SECOND SKIN is a celebration of creative expression through style. It explores the intersections between fashion and spirit; identity and form; the personal, the public and the collective.

Fashion is many things. Perhaps most importantly it serves a medium for meaning, connection and belonging; for creating resonance with ourselves, each other and our world. Sometimes this personal integration looks more like the discordance of rebellion and résistance.

How does the ritual of dressing, what we put on (and sometimes take off) allow us to reveal who we are to ourselves and others? How does it give voice to what lives within? How does it empower us to heal? And how does fashion braid us together? As communities. With our ancestors.
